Blue Iris Partners ("we", "us", "our") provides outsourced CFO, bookkeeping, reporting, tax coordination, and audit preparation services to businesses in Dubai and the wider UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect through blueirispartners.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").

We collect personal data in two ways:

• Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and any message details you submit through our contact form, WhatsApp, or when booking a consultation via Calendly.
• Information collected automatically— with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source) via cookies and similar technologies. Google Search Console is also used to monitor our site's presence in search results; it does not place cookies on your device.

When you first visit our site, you'll see a cookie banner asking for your consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you click "Accept". Essential cookies needed to remember your cookie preference are always used, as they do not require consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page, which will show the banner again.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
• Schedule and manage consultations;
• Understand and improve how our website is used; and
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run our website and business, including Google (Analytics, Search Console), Calendly (scheduling), and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), each of which processes data under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE; where this happens, we rely on their standard safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We retain enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and analytics data for the retention period set by Google Analytics (currently up to 14 months), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and why;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data;
• Withdraw consent to processing at any time; and
• Object to certain types of processing.
